DKM-3A used for astro measurements.

Located in Marie Byrd Land on the N. side of Edward VII Peninsula approximately 32 km S. of Howard Heights and approximately 25 km W. of the E. edge of Sulzberger Ice Shelf on crevasse, unmonumented snow station.

Survey mark - 2" x 2" wooden stake set in snow.

Surveyed on 22 December 1966.

Horizontal Datum - Position based on the Astronomic Position of Snoopy Astro determined during the 1966-67 Season.

Vertical Datum - Mean sea level
