Located in Marie Byrd Land on the S. side of Edward VII Peninsula on the Kiel Glacier on end of crevasse, unmonumented snow station.

Survey mark - 2" x 2" wooden stake set in snow.

Surveyed on 31 December 1966.

Horizontal Datum - Position based on the Astronomic Position of Snoopy Astro determined during the 1966-67 Season.

Vertical Datum - Mean sea level
