Located approximately 25 km NE of Mt. Bursey in the Flood Range and approximately 10 km E. of Mt. Andrus in the Ames Range at the location of Byrd Camp #1, 1967-68, unmonumented snow station.

Survey mark - 4"x 4" wooden post set in snow.

Horizontal Datum - Position based on the Astronomic Position of Snoopy Astro determined during the 1966-67 Season.
