Intersected peak positions determined from the solar position
of Novie (Adjusted to Thurston Island/Jones Mountain Control 1968-69).
Elevations determined by altimeter traverse based on Byrd
Station elevation of 1530 meters. (Elevations are weak and, as a group,
could be in error as much as 100 meters).
Wild T-2 used for angular measurements.
Located in the Hudson Mountains at the W margin of and along the costal
slope approximately 56 km S of Mount Nickens and approximately 29 km NW
of Mount Moses, intersected station.
Survey mark - highest rock point
Surveyed on 26 November 1968.
Horizontal Datum - Position based on the Astronomic Position of Camp
II determined during the 1968-69 Season.
Vertical Datum - Mean sea level
