Located on the S edge of the Abbot Ice Shelf approximately 78 km SSE of Carpenter Island and approximately 75 km NW of Pillsbury Tower in the Jones Mountains, unmonumented snow station.
Survey mark - 2" x 2" wooden stake set in snow surface.
Surveyed on 10 January 1969.
Horizontal Datum - Position based on the Astronomic Position of Camp II determined during the 1968-69 Season.
Vertical Datum - Mean sea level
